Do lots of research to find out as much as you can about the industry such as current trends or skills that are in demand. And find out about the employer. Understand their values and culture.
Don’t submit the same application to every job. Personalise it to the employer and apprenticeship role and make sure you highlight the skills and experience you have that are most relevant to the role.
Explain why you want the role, what you want to do in your career and why you’d love to work for that employer.
Set up a Linked In profile with your skills and experience so far. That way an employer can learn a bit more about you.
