Duties will include:
- Attending quality meetings, customer delight meetings
- Analysing the findings
- Researching and providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Ensuring that the culture of the organisation is maintained as part of our standard processes.
- Identify important / useful information to note in CRM system
- Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role
Required Qualifications:
- Maths & English GCSE grades A* - C/ 9-4 or equivalent
- Excel, Word
- IT literate
- An excellent relationship builder and team player
- Communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Organised and able to multitask and set priorities
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Drive and motivation to succeed
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and openly with customers and colleagues
- Customer focused, with the intent to exceed customer expectations
- Able to Identify important / useful information to note in CRM system
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
