Duties will include:

  • Attending quality meetings, customer delight meetings
  • Analysing the findings
  • Researching and providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.
  • Ensuring that the culture of the organisation is maintained as part of our standard processes.
  • Identify important / useful information to note in CRM system
  • Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role
