Job role:
- Acts as the primary contact for external clients
- Keeping clients updated on how their cases progress
- Manages telephone, and e-mail queries from third parties i.e. clients
- Maintains client files, filing, scanning documents etc
- Accurate dispatching of information as required via email
- Accurate data entry onto the in-house information system
- Data collation
- General office administration duties, including documenting invoices, updating spreadsheets and filing
- Delivery and collection of urgent documents e.g. court papers, client papers etc
- Other ad hoc duties as required
To progress on to:
- Dealing with client files
- Drafting client letters
- Dealing with clients
- Processing claims
- Drafting court documents
- Dealing in the legal department
Required Qualifications:
A*-C / 9-4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths.
Required Skills:- Ability to make efficient use of resources
- Excellent people skills to be able to adapt to all levels and age groups
- High level of motivation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
- Ability to multitask
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft, Excel packages, and Social Media Platforms
- After the apprenticeship there is the opportunity of a permanent role with the prospect of specialising in law
- Progression within the company
