Customer Service Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Manage various amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess our customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools/software
- Meet clients/MSSL service team sales targets where required and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents where necessary
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required Qualifications:
Maths & English GCSE grades A - C/4 - 9 or equivalent
Required Skills:- No requirement for proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is essential as full training will be provided
- Track record of achievement within an academic environment would be preferred
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening however, training will be provided
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an advantage however, training will be provided
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft software systems: Word, Excel [V-Lookup and pivot charts], Power Point and Outlook would be advantageous
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Flexible
- Friendly
Possibilty of full time employment on successful completion of apprenticeship
