ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES:
- Working on database building/cleansing
- Using the booking system and updating the marketing section
- Using SEO to promote the business
- Working on google ad, blogs, ticktok, instagram, etc to increase social profile of the salon
- Creating and sending email campaigns
- General admin to support the Beauty team
- Post website/social media content
Required Qualifications:
- GCSE A- C/ 4-9 maths and English
- An ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good IT skills, including experience of photo editing software, Excel and Word
- Happy working in an award winning busy city centre beauty salon
- Ability to work well within a team of professional beauty therapists
- Willingness to learn new things
- Organised
- Have a high standard of precision and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Self motivation – wants to do well
- Relates well with others
- Persistence
- Possibility of full time employment on successful completion of apprenticeship
