It is really important to look after your mental health and wellbeing and you’ll find some useful links and information below to support you with this along with our little book of wellbeing.

Education Support - is a charity there to support the mental health and wellbeing of all staff in education, especially during these very challenging times. They offer a free 24/7 helpline staffed by trained counsellors as well as a financial grants service for current and former education staff in financial difficulty. 


The Body Coach Joe Wicks started his channel to offer free home workouts to everyone, no matter what their fitness level. There’s lots of workouts to help you keep active in your home or garden and you don’t need special equipment. He has workouts for the over 70s so tell your parents and grandparents to take a look and, since schools closed again, he has also started a live stream every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 9am ‘PE with Joe’.
