Level 3 Hospitality Supervision and Leadership

The hospitality industry is a fast growing sector in the North East and job opportunities are good. Businesses such as hotels, restaurants and visitor attractions are all looking for staff who have the ability to manage and supervise staff. This course is designed to improve your skills and knowledge to give you the best chance of getting a job. You'll work as part of the professioanl team of chefs and front of house staff in our student-run restaurant Enfields Kitchen, serving paying customers.

You'll study the following:

  • Set objectives and provide support for team members
  • Develop working relationships with colleagues
  • Contribute to the control of resources
  • Maintain the health,hygiene,safety and security of the working environment
  • Lead a team to improve customer service.
  • Contribute to promoting hospitality products and services.
  • Supervise drinks service.
  • Improve the customer relationship.
  • Supervise practices for handling payments
