At Enfields Kitchen, the next generation of talented chefs are serving up modern, contemporary cuisine that is freshly prepared and cooked in Gateshead College’s training kitchens.
While each menu is designed to allow the catering and hospitality students to showcase their skills, there’s also a strong emphasis on seasonal dishes with no compromise on quality.
