You will we need to complete an application form to kickstart the process. Unfortunately we can’t accept CVs as we follow the guidance outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education
Once your application is submitted, shortlisting will begin by the hiring manager against a list of set criteria to ensure fairness in our process. All shortlisting is done anonymously.
If you’re successfully shortlisted you will be contacted via email and invited to pick an interview slot. If these dates/times don’t work for you, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
If you’ve not been shortlisted we will let you know by email. Please let us know if you’d like any feedback on why you weren’t shortlisted.
Details of your interview will be emailed out to you. Interviews may take place in person or online, this will depend on the position you have applied for.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if you require any reasonable adjustments as part of the process. This could mean providing specialist equipment or resources, changing the structure of the application or interview process or removing physical barriers.
