Want to be a course rep?

Are you passionate about making a difference at college while developing key skills that will stand out to employers and universities? 

A Course Rep works with the students on their course to represent their views, make sure their voices are heard and to help make their college experience the best it can be. 

As a Course Rep you will play a lead role in gathering feedback and suggestions from your course mates by creating opportunities for them share their views. You’ll influence and shape the way we do things to make sure we’re giving students the best experience.  

The role:

  • Attend two meetings per term (that's 6 across the year)

  • Gather student feedback and share with key curriculum staff and the Student Engagement Manager, Leanne Alldred 

  • Provide feedback to classmates on any outcomes following their suggestions

  • Act as a key link between students and the wider college community
