Our onsite hair and beauty salon is the perfect place for a quick haircut, manicure or a pamper session. Based at Baltic Campus the salon is run by our hair, beauty and barbering students, supported by our professional salon team. All treatments are significantly discounted compared to the high street. It’s open to students and the public, so feel free to bring your family and friends.

If you're aged 16-19 you could qualify for a Gateshead College Bursary. These bursaries provide financial support to help you with meals, transport, equipment or other course related costs.

We’ve set up our own foundation to help our students with some of the costs associated with finding their dream career. When you study with us you can apply to the Gateshead College Foundation for cash to help you stand out. This might be entry fees for a competition, travel expenses to an interview or a new suit to impress a university.
